Join the Challenge
We like challenges, because a small competitive edge helps us all get out of bed in the morning!
We separate our challenges in two areas:
- Weekly challenges – where we ask you to have a go at creating content that demonstrates a particular format or skill.
- Industry challenges – where a real life brand sets you a poser that they come across in their communications strategy all the time
There’s no prizes for fulfilling a challenge, but we do ask you to submit them to us so we can get them up on the site and invite advice and admiration from your mates. If you’re responding to a commercial challenge, you never know, one of these brands might ask you to come back and do it for real!
The biggest challenge is just to get going. Try not to scratch your head too much, we find the greatest creative inspiration comes from diving right in.

How to Win
Not all challenges are winnable – the weekly challenges are about having fun and trying new things.
Sometimes if we get a brief in from the industry they may be looking for a specific piece of content to meet their needs, and they might be willing to engage your services to get it done.
If this is the case, it will be described in detail within the challenge briefing. Remember to read the brief very carefully – and as much as you get creative, if you want to win, you’ll need to stay on brief!
